Ways to speed up your metabolism:
* Eat breakfast because your body requires essential proteins and nutrients for its metabolic functions.
* Eat specific foods which help to metabolism speed up such as spices.
* To obtain good metabolism rate try to take 5 to 6 mini meals per day instead of taking three whole meals in a day.

9 Weight Loss Tips

Don't skip breakfast. Whatever you do follow this advice, because otherwise you are much more likely in fact prone to binge later in the day.

Don't eat anything for at least an hour before going to bed. Pick a cutoff time, for example, 9pm, and don't eat after that time.
